About MSME Form-1 Half-yearly Return
Overview
MSME Form I is a half-yearly return that specified companies file with the Registrar under Section 405 of the Companies Act, 2013. It reports amounts payable to micro and small enterprises that remain unpaid for more than 45 days from the date of acceptance of goods or services, along with the reasons for delay.
Company Mitra identifies Udyam registered micro and small suppliers in your purchase ledger, prepares an ageing of dues, fills the form in the revised MCA format and files it with your director's digital signature. We also share a supplier list so tracking becomes easy for future periods.
- Supplier identification and ageing analysis
- Accurate form preparation in revised format
- Timely filing before due date
Price is per half-yearly return. Due dates are 30 April (October to March) and 31 October (April to September). Delayed payments to MSEs also affect income tax deductions under Section 43B(h).
