The fees displayed for services on Company Mitra’s website or communicated otherwise do not include government fees, department expenses, additional charges, or any applicable taxes.
GST and other applicable taxes are not included in the service price and will be communicated separately before the initiation of the service.
Any out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to government registration fees, legal charges, and departmental processing costs, will be borne by the client.
If physical visits to any government department or authority are required, additional fees will be charged accordingly.

Work on any service will commence only after the acceptance of the engagement letter by the client.
The engagement letter will outline the scope of work, fees, timeline, and additional applicable charges.
Full or partial payment of service fees is required before work begins, as agreed upon in the engagement letter.
Any modifications or additional requests after the engagement letter acceptance may result in additional charges.

Fees are fully refundable before the acceptance of the engagement letter.
Once the engagement letter is accepted and work has commenced, fees will not be refundable under any circumstances.
If Company Mitra is unable to complete the service due to unavoidable reasons on its end, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable charges.

The estimated completion time for each service depends on various factors, including government processing time, document verification, and external dependencies.
Company Mitra is not responsible for delays caused by government departments, third-party service providers, or incomplete documentation provided by the client.

The client must provide accurate and complete information for the service requested.
Any false or misleading information provided by the client will result in termination of the service without a refund.
The client must comply with legal requirements and deadlines for filings and compliance services.

Company Mitra ensures that all client information remains confidential and is used only for service-related purposes.
Client data may be shared with government agencies, regulatory bodies, or third-party service providers when required for service execution.
Company Mitra follows necessary data protection measures; however, it shall not be liable for any data breaches beyond its control.

Company Mitra believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same day delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Company Mitra marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 24 hours money back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of your payment.
