Steps

      • Board resolution approving the filing
      • Updated LLP Agreement (for amendment filing)
      • KYC documents of new Designated Partners (if applicable)
      • Stamp duty payment details (if applicable)
      • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) or authorized signatory details
      • Any other documentation as per Company Mitra’s requirements
  3. Gather and Submit Documents:

    • Carefully collect and compile all the required documents as instructed by the CA.
    • Ensure the documents are clear, accurate, and complete to avoid delays and potential legal issues.
    • Submit the documents to Company Mitra through their preferred method (e.g., online portal, email, physical delivery).
  4. Document Review and Form Preparation:

    • The CA will review your documents and ensure they comply with the MCA regulations for Form LLP-3 filing.
    • They may request additional information or clarifications if needed.
    • The CA will prepare the e-form with the necessary attachments based on your selected purpose and submitted documents.
  5. Government Fee Payment and E-filing:

    • You’ll receive instructions on paying any required government fees associated with Form LLP-3 filing.
    • Ensure you pay these fees promptly through the specified channels.
    • The CA will submit the e-form and documents online to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) using your DSC or authorized signatory details.
  6. Acknowledgment and Receipt:

    • Upon successful submission and payment of fees, you’ll receive an acknowledgment confirming your Form LLP-3 filing.
    • Once processed by the MCA, you’ll receive a notification and the final confirmation/certificate via your preferred method (e.g., WhatsApp, email, or online portal).
