About Digital signature for Trademark
Overview
A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is required to sign and submit trademark applications and replies electronically on the IP India portal. Trademark forms such as TM-A (new application), TM-O (opposition) and TM-M (amendments) are digitally signed by the applicant or authorised agent using a Class 3 signing DSC issued by a licensed certifying authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
