About CMA Data
Overview
CMA data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) is the financial report banks use to assess working capital limits, term loans and renewals. Company Mitra prepares accurate, bank-ready CMA data for MSMEs, traders, manufacturers and service businesses across India.
The report covers past audited figures, current year estimates and projections for the coming years in the standard Forms I to VI format. We assess working capital requirement and maximum permissible bank finance, and compute key ratios such as current ratio, TOL/TNW, interest coverage and DSCR, so that your proposal meets bank norms.

Frequently asked questions
What is CMA data?
Credit Monitoring Arrangement data is a set of past and projected financial statements in a bank prescribed format used to assess working capital and loan limits.
How many years of projections are needed?
Usually the current year estimate plus 2 to 5 years of projections, depending on the bank and loan tenure.
Can you match my bank's format?
Yes. We prepare CMA in the format required by your bank or NBFC.
Does CMA data guarantee loan approval?
No. The bank decides based on its own credit appraisal, but well-prepared CMA data improves your presentation.
