THIS DEED of gift is made at……………. On this………….day of…………….20 ……………. between A son of …………….    resident of(hereinafter called “the donor”) of the ONE PART and Bsonof ……………. resident of …………….(hereinafter called “the donee”) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS
