Vendor Terms & Conditions – Company Mitra

Effective Date: 7th June 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a vendor on the Company Mitra platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines provided by Company Mitra.

2. Eligibility

You must be a qualified and licensed professional (CA, CS, legal advisor, I.T Professional,Web Developer etc.) or a service-providing entity legally allowed to offer such services under applicable laws.

3. Scope of Services

You agree to provide professional, timely, and compliant services including but not limited to:

  • Business registration

  • Taxation and compliance filings

  • Legal advisory

  • Trademark & IP services

  • Other business support functions as listed on your vendor profile

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and legality of services provided

  • Maintain confidentiality of client data

  • Respond to client queries and complete tasks within committed timelines

  • Abide by all applicable professional standards and government regulations

5. Platform Usage

  • All communications, service orders, and transactions must occur through the Company Mitra platform

  • Misuse or attempts to bypass the platform’s fee/payment structure may result in suspension or termination

6. Commission and Payment

  • Company Mitra will retain a 20% platform fee/commission from each transaction

  • Payouts to vendors will be processed on a weekly basis after deducting applicable taxes and charges

  • You are responsible for your own tax filings and liabilities

7. Client Relationship

  • You acknowledge that all clients acquired via the platform are customers of Company Mitra

  • Direct solicitation of Company Mitra clients outside the platform without written consent is prohibited

8. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any client or platform data to third parties, except where legally required

9. Termination

  • Company Mitra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time for misconduct, breach of terms, or substandard service

  • Vendors may deactivate their account with prior notice, but any pending client obligations must be fulfilled

10. Liability

  • Company Mitra acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the accuracy, outcome, or legality of services provided by vendors

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company Mitra from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of your services

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes indicates acceptance

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [City, e.g., Delhi].
